Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your free trial starts immediately with no payment info required. You only enter billing details when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
How many users can I add to my plan?
All Audovo plans support unlimited users/seats. Since team members share the same pool of included plan minutes, you can add as many users as you need at no extra charge. Account owners can also configure custom monthly call minute limits and threshold alerts for individual team members to track and manage usage.
Can I use my own Twilio account?
Yes. Audovo supports Bring-Your-Own-Twilio (BYOT). Simply paste your Twilio SID and auth token in Settings and all calls route through your own Twilio account — you pay Twilio directly for usage.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll receive reminder emails at 3 days and 1 day before expiry. After the trial, calling and number provisioning are paused until you upgrade. Your data, IVR flows, and contacts are never deleted.
Can I get my own phone numbers?
Absolutely. You can provision local, toll-free, or mobile numbers directly in the Audovo dashboard. Numbers are sourced through Twilio and typically cost $1–$2/month each.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes! You can easily keep your existing business number. You don't need to transfer it out from your current provider (unless you want to). You can keep your current carrier and forward calls in the background to a routing line on Audovo. Callers will have no idea the call was forwarded, and it is handled entirely behind the scenes like other major enterprise systems.
Do you offer white-label plans?
Yes — our Agency plan includes full white-label branding. You can use your own logo, domain, and brand colors. You can also create sub-accounts for your own clients and earn affiliate commissions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from your billing page. No lock-ins. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
